Description

Pizzoccheri are made from buckwheat flour mixed with 00 flour and have the typical shape similar to tagliatellle, but shorter, wider and thicker.

They are prepared with savoy cabbage, soft potatoes, plenty of melted local cheese, garlic and a touch of butter that amalgamates everything, creating a warm and cosy dish. 

It is a dish that tastes of the mountains, of home, of moments shared in company.

Cooked product ready to be heated in oven or microwave.

Store refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 5°C.

Buckwheat FLOUR, savoy cabbage, potatoes, MILK, rennet, BURSE, rapeseed oil, garlic, cooking salt, spices, herbs.

Long-term preservation

Fresh product suitable for freezing
- Freeze preferably within 2-3 days after purchase
- The packaging must remain intact and sealed
- Optimum temperature: in the freezer at min. -18°C
- Freezing time: up to 3 months from freezing date
- IMPORTANT: Mark the freezing date
- Once defrosted: store at +5°C, consume within 24 hours and DO NOT refreeze the product
- IMPORTANT: Do not thaw at room temperature
