We use the most tender part of the beef leg and marinate it with a mixture of salt, herbs and mustard.
In order not to betray a recipe that has been handed down for many years, we cook our Roastbeef using the classic method, initial browning and a few minutes of cooking while controlling the core temperature.
The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and inviting taste.
Beef product, cooked, to be consumed within 5 days after delivery.
Store refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 5°C.
