Description
We only use the belly and back of heavy pigs reared in Ticino.
The meat is marinated with salt and herbs, rolled and tied.
After browning, slow cooking at a low temperature follows, from which we obtain a soft and very delicate product.
The quality of the raw material, the care in processing and the total absence of chemical additives guarantee an authentic and inviting taste.
Pork product, cooked, to be consumed within 20 days after delivery.
Store refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 5°C.
